I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While the location was excellent, close to the beautiful Babbacombe beach and the Cliff Railway, the rooms left much to be desired with wallpaper falling off the walls and dirty towels from the previous occupant. However, I appreciated the effort to accommodate our request for a quieter room even though it was not as nice as the original one.
